Printing from iPads

You can print to the SSD-BW (black and white) printer using your ipad.

Student and Staff devices are able to do so.

Your ipad needs to be on the SSD-Staff wifi for staff or SSD-Student wifi for a student.

If it is on the SSD-Guest wifi, you will not see the printer or be able to print.

From the document you are trying to print:

Click the “Share” Button

Scroll down in this list, and you should have an

Option to “Print”

Click where it says “no printer selected”

Select “SSD-BW”

Enter your username without the “@shawanoschools.org”

Then enter your same password you use for your email

Click “OK”

Adjust your settings to your preference

and click “Print”

As a staff member, you will just need to scan your badge at any copier, select print release and your job will print.

As a student, you will need to click “sign in” on the copier/printer and enter your Lunch Code/Student ID number, select print release to review and print your documents.
