Clearing cache/ browsing history

Clearing Browsing History -

Chrome-

MacBook

On your MacBook, open the Chrome app
Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner

Click History History.

On the left, click Clear browsing data.
Check Browsing history. It may be checked by default.
Uncheck any other items you don't want to delete.
Change Time Range to "All Time"

Click Clear data.

iPad

On your iPad, open the Chrome app

Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner

Select Clear Browsing Data.

Check Browsing history. It may be checked by default.

Uncheck any other items you don't want to delete.
Change Time Range to "All Time"

Tap Clear Browsing Data Clear Browsing Data.

At the top right, tap Done.

Safari-

iPad

Open the Safari app on your iPad.

Tap , tap , then tap Clear, located at the bottom of that section.

Choose how much of your browsing history to clear.
We recommend "All Time"- that will clear the history

OR

Go to Settings and find Safari on the left side and then scroll down on the right side and find

"Clear History and Website Data"

*change the Clear Timeframe to All history
