How to Print from Macbook
This article will cover the basics on how to setup printing on your macbook.
Logging into Papercut (first time only)
- Locate the green printer icon at the top of your macbook, and click on it to open its menu.

From the papercut menu select the "View my printers" button. This will open the Papercut app.
- When papercut opens it should bring you to a login page where you can enter your credentials.

To login to Papercut enter your username and password.
- Username: the first part of your email (smithj if email is smithj@shawanoschools.org)

Passowrd: normal password used for email
- Click the "Sign in and add printers" button once your credentials have been entered.

Once signed in you should have access to both the SSD_BWMac (black and white printer) and the SSD_COLORMac (color printer).

If they are not installed, they should begin installing
- You have successfully logged into Papercut
How to Print (Assuming you are logged in)
- Select the appropriate printer from the printing window (using chrome in this example)

- If you do not see the either the BWMac or COLORMac printer select the "See more..." option from the dropdown menu

Here you will be able to see all availble printers, and choose the one you want.
- Once your printer is selected click the "Print" button to print the file.
- Now you are able to go to any printer on campus to get your print job.
- Locate the scanner on the printer and scan your badge. This will log you into papercut on the printer.
- On the printers touch panel click the top middle option which should be "release print job"
- Select the print job from your list and click "release" on the printer.
- You should now have your printed material.
